Customer data privacy and confidentiality is our priority.

All credit card payments are processed in Canadian dollars securely via our merchant services provider, and no sensitive or confidential data is transmitted or stored on our website. All transactions processed via credit card comply with PCI standards, and our merchant services provider accepts all major credit cards.

Services we provide are always agreed upon with you prior to the commencement of work, and governed by an engagement letter outlining our terms of service.

Customers may request to cancel services at any time, and any engagement for services can be cancelled with 10-days’ notice. Requests for refunds for any work performed are issued at the discretion of SP Valuations Inc.
