For clients paying by credit card, all payments are processed in Canadian dollars securely via our merchant services provider. No sensitive or confidential data is transmitted or stored on the SP Valuations website. All transactions processed via credit card comply with PCI standards. Our merchant services provider accepts all major credit cards.

Our services are always agreed upon with you prior to the commencement of work, and governed by an engagement letter outlining our terms of service.

Customers may request to cancel services at any time by providing 10-days’ written notice. Requests for refunds for any work performed are issued at the discretion of SP Valuations Inc.
